Terms of Service
Terms governing use of Connexsus gateway services and connected MCP workflows.
Effective date: February 15, 2026
1. Service Scope
Connexsus provides a managed MCP gateway that routes requests between your MCP clients and your connected third-party integrations. Connexsus acts as a pass-through service and does not claim ownership of your third-party account data.
2. Pass-through Liability
Connexsus transmits API requests on your behalf. You remain responsible for the actions initiated through your MCP clients and integrations. You must comply with all applicable third-party API terms and usage policies.
3. API Key Security
Integration secrets are encrypted at rest with AES-GCM under Connexsus key management controls. Plaintext credentials are not exposed in normal operations. You are responsible for protecting your Connexsus MCP keys and rotating leaked keys immediately.
4. Billing and Plans
Paid plans are subscription-based. Usage and feature limits vary by plan. If a free or hobby quota is exceeded, requests may be blocked until quota reset or plan upgrade.
5. Termination
Connexsus may suspend access for abuse, security risk, or legal compliance reasons. You may stop using the service at any time and revoke your MCP keys.
